Overview of Job Function: The Analyst Relations (AR) Intern will join a fast-paced, results-focused team focused on building and nurturing relationships with technology analysts and research firms to support Verint’s industry positioning and success as the CX Automation category leader. Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities: Monitor research publications and social media posts and disseminate analyst insights on markets and competitors to internal stakeholders. Support internal response teams on analyst evaluation projects. Support preparation for planned analyst relations activities at Verint’s annual customer conference. Help prepare for, attend, and actively participate in/contribute to team meetings. Assist maintenance of analyst relations contact database. Assist Sr. AR Manager with vendor rating / customer references sourcing program. Support additional AR activities as needed. Minimum Requirements: Active enrollment in relevant course of degree study at an accredited college, e.g., BSc/BA in PR, communications, marketing, journalism, psychology, or sociology. Open to other fields of study if other criteria met. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and an exceptional work ethic. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proven understanding of American English grammar rules and ability to thoroughly proofread and edit documents. Experience effectively managing projects from start through to completion with multiple team players. Positive team player. Ability to work independently while working remotely. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations. Preferred Requirements: • Communications or marketing background, preferably in B2B sector. #LI-IJ1 MIN: $25/HR MAX: $30/HR
